GlowTechCosmetics 60-Day Warranty
At GlowTechCosmetics, we believe in the quality of our products and strive for your satisfaction. Our products are crafted with high-quality materials to provide you with effective and relaxing results. While we have confidence in our products, we understand that sometimes things may go wrong. Therefore, we offer a 60-day warranty on our devices, as described below.
This limited 60-day, non-transferable warranty applies to cosmetic products purchased from GlowTechCosmetics.
If your cosmetic device is defective due to craftsmanship or materials, GlowTechCosmetics, at its discretion, will replace or repair the product under the terms of this warranty. This warranty is valid for 60 days from the original purchase date of the product. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser who bought the device for personal use and can only be submitted by them. Products purchased through resale are not eligible. The warranty applies only to the cosmetic device and excludes the free accessories that came with the original purchase.
To file a warranty claim, you must submit the original proof of purchase, evidence of the purchase date, the warranty document, and the product in its original packaging. You must also provide evidence (such as photos or videos) of the defect for review by GlowTechCosmetics.
This warranty does not cover personal comfort preferences, misuse, neglect, or damage caused by improper use. If the device is damaged by misuse or neglect, the warranty will be voided. The warranty is only applicable under normal use and maintenance according to the instructions on the GlowTechCosmetics website and the care labels attached to the product.
Upon review of the warranty claim, GlowTechCosmetics will notify the customer of the acceptance or rejection of the claim. If the device is found to be defective under the warranty terms, GlowTechCosmetics will cover the costs for repair or replacement, but the return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. Whether the device is repaired or replaced is at the sole discretion of GlowTechCosmetics.
Please note that the 60-day warranty starts from the original purchase date and will not be extended by any replacement or repair of the product.
Additional Warranty Information
If your defective cosmetic device needs to be replaced, it must be returned to GlowTechCosmetics before a replacement product can be issued. The warranty can only be used once per purchase.
This 60-day warranty applies only to products purchased within the Netherlands and does not apply to products purchased outside the Netherlands.
GlowTechCosmetics is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from a breach of this warranty. The warranty does not cover medical claims, allergies, discomfort, or pre-existing conditions that may be aggravated by the product. For medical concerns, you should contact a healthcare professional.
