How long does shipping take?
We process your orders within 1 to 2 business days. In some cases, this may take a little longer due to high demand, for which we apologize in advance.

How can I track my package?
We offer shipping with Track & Trace. You will receive the tracking information via email, and you can track your package directly on our website using the following link: [Track My Order].
Please note: Track & Trace information may take 3 to 5 days to update in the system.
My order was placed over 20 days ago, but it hasn't arrived yet. What can I do?
It is possible that your order is taking longer than expected to arrive.
Unfortunately, we do not have full control over the delivery process.

My product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged. What can I do?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you would like to exchange the item for the same product, please: a) Take a photo or video of the defective or damaged product.
b) Send it via email to contact@glowtechcosmetics.com.
c) Specify the issue.
We will then get in touch with you to discuss and resolve the situation.
How do I get a refund for my return?
Once your return has been processed, we will contact you to initiate the refund.

What if my contact details were entered incorrectly or have changed?
Please contact us immediately via email at contact@glowtechcosmetics.com so we can adjust your order in time.
If the package has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any changes.
If the product is returned, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
